with Habesha is a free community directory of Habesha and African businesses across Canada. These terms govern your use of the website and, once available, our mobile apps.

When you submit a business listing, you confirm that the business is real, that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it.

All submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, or inappropriate for a community directory — no explanation required, though we aim to be fair.

Information you submit for a listing (business name, address, phone number, website, photos, and similar) will be published publicly in the directory once approved.

You agree not to: submit false or spam listings; impersonate a business or person; upload content you do not have the right to share; attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure; or harvest listing data with automated scrapers in a way that degrades the service for others.

Listings are submitted by the community and reviewed by our team, but details such as hours, prices, and services can change. We do not guarantee that every listing is complete or current. Please confirm important details with the business directly before visiting.

The with Habesha name, logo, and site design belong to ToR Creative Studio. Business names, logos, and photos in listings belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification in the directory.

with Habesha is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the directory, from reliance on listing information, or from dealings with any listed business.

We may update these terms as the directory grows. Continued use of with Habesha after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The date below always shows the latest revision.
